We are Europal, a leading player in the packaging industry, based in Kortrijk, with production sites in Blandain and Mouscron.
With a strong focus on quality and innovation, we strive for sustainable solutions for our customers. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a driven Technical Service Team Leader.
Role:
As a Technical Service Team Leader, you are responsible for coordinating and leading our technical team. You ensure efficient execution of maintenance tasks and technical projects, with a focus on quality and safety.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Leading the technical team: Coaching, motivating, and developing team members to ensure optimal performance.
Planning and coordination: Creating and following up on maintenance plans and ensuring timely execution of technical projects.
Problem-solving: Analyzing and resolving complex technical issues to ensure the continuity of the production process.
Quality control: Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations within the technical service.
Communication: Acting as a link between the technical team and other departments to ensure smooth collaboration.

With your degree in a technical field, plus your years of experience (3-5) in a similar role, you will immediately impress us.

As a Technical Service Team Leader, you have a thorough knowledge of mechanics, electricity, electrical engineering, electromechanics, and electronics.
Fires are there to be extinguished, so you quickly turn problems into opportunities. This is thanks to your strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
You are in daily contact with various parties, so you are described as someone very communicative with a strong team spirit.
Knowledge of QHSE regulations is a plus.
