Prevention Advisor
In this role, you operate at the crossroads of technology, people and regulations. You support the employer in making a difference when organizing a safe and healthy working environment. You collaborate smoothly with different departments and people.
Responsibilities:
Safety and prevention:
• Analyze safety and health risks in the workplace
• Raise awareness among employees and develop campaigns to reduce the number of workplace accidents
• Organize trainings and information sessions
• Prepare risk analyses and post intervention files
• Write and update procedures and manuals
• Create and maintain the risk matrix
• Develop, implement and evaluate the safety policyChair of the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work
• Global action plan
• Annual reportAudits
• You take the lead and guide colleagues through the audit processLeadership
• You coach your team members
Why are you our new Power Player?
You hold at least a bachelor’s degree supplemented with a Prevention Advisor certificate level 1 or level 2
You can express yourself fluently in both French and Dutch
Experience in a production environment is required
You have experience with audits including ISO 9001
Collaboration, including with different departments, comes naturally to you
You are cost conscious and think along in terms of production optimization
In communication you are able to present yourself convincingly
You are flexible to travel between our different sites in Mouscron and Blandain (sometimes Kortrijk) to work from there
