Packaging Development Engineer
The Packaging Development Engineer creatively builds on Europal’s strengths to develop better packaging solutions that make a real difference. By standardizing or optimizing designs, workflows and processes, you help create a high-performance organization.
Responsibilities:
Development, design and innovation:
• Thinking analytically and creatively about customer requests
• Creating technical plans and designs
• Preparing drawings for the plotter and testing plotted models
• Managing cost estimations for HPA and ECA tooling
• Following up on potential production tests
• Designing ECA and HPA projects and assessing their technical and qualitative feasibility
• Providing product information to the sales team and answering their technical questions
Efficient production preparation:
• Designing eco printing
• Preparing plans for production
• Contributing to the optimization of procedures
• Contributing ideas on how to further implement AI within the R&D department
Problem handling and solving:
• Handling specific customer requests within R&D
• Respecting ISO procedures

You hold a master’s degree in engineering, preferably in product development — other specializations or equivalent experience are also welcome
