Logistics Coordinator

Europal is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to strengthen our logistics team!

As a Logistics Coordinator, you play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials within the organization.

Together with your team, you strive for optimal logistics processes, with a high focus on customer orientation and accuracy.

You work during the day but remain on standby by phone, and you mainly work from our site in Blandain, alternating with our site in Mouscron.

Your tasks and responsibilities are as follows:

• You plan the most efficient delivery routes and choose the best transport methods.

• You manage inventory and goods flow in collaboration with our S&OP department.

• You monitor logistics operations and ensure that deliveries arrive correctly and on time to the customer.

• You supervise the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

• Preferably, you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar field.

• Additionally, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Colleagues describe you as a strong organizational talent with the ability to perform under pressure.

• Negotiating with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders is something you excel at, thanks to your excellent communication skills.

• You don't see problems, only challenges that you quickly tackle with your solution-oriented mindset and knowledge of relevant logistics standards and regulations.

• The Dutch and French languages hold no secrets for you; you easily switch between both languages and master them very well. Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
