Calculator
At Europal, we’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Cost Calculator. Someone who reasons clearly, isn’t afraid to ask questions, brings structure to complex data, and always keeps a sharp eye on the numbers.
As a Cost Calculator, you are a key link between R&D, Sales and Operations. You ensure that quotations are calculated down to the last detail, that processes run efficiently, and that your decisions are supported by solid data.
Your responsibilities:
Prepare tailor-made quotations and independently perform price calculations.
Manage and optimize parameters in our ERP/calculation systems.
Analyze and improve internal processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate closely with R&D and Sales to keep technical specifications up to date.
Support and coach new colleagues in building their product knowledge.
Monitor pricing for existing customers and adjust where necessary.
Review quotations critically and understand the dynamics of each proposal.
Assist the Masterdata Officer with a logical and structured approach to master data management.
You are our new Power Player because?
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Industrial Sciences, etc.).
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Analytical, critical thinking and accuracy come naturally to you.
Hands-on, but you also think conceptually about improvements and growth.
You want to take ownership and are eager to shape your role further.
Fluent in Dutch and French. English is a nice bonus.
Proficient in MS Office; quick to learn ERP systems.
You think in processes, numbers and logic.
